2. Service Delivery

• Booking Confirmation: Once the booking process is completed and the required payments are made as per our booking policy, a confirmation receipt will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

• Service Details: Detailed itineraries, hotel confirmations, and other relevant documents will be shared at least 7 days before the trip start date.

• Digital Delivery: All travel-related documents are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Instant Delivery: Booking confirmation is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

• Travel Documents: Final travel documents, including hotel vouchers and taxi confirmations, are delivered 7 days before the trip start date.

4. Shipping Charges

• No Shipping Fees: As we deliver all travel-related documents digitally, there are no shipping or handling fees.

5. Failure of Delivery

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or travel documents within the specified time frame, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that the documents are promptly resent.

6. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Service Fulfillment Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website with the new effective date.
