Cancellation and Refund Policy

At DBD Tourism, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our Booking, Cancellation, and Refund policies below.

1. Booking Procedure

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of ₹5000 per head is required to confirm your booking.

• Mid-Payment: An additional 25% of the total cost must be paid 15 days before the trip start date.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on the trip start date before departure.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• The ₹5000 per head advance booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Refund policy for additional payments (excluding the non-refundable advance):

  • 30 days or more before the trip start date: 90% refund.

  • 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund.

  • 0 to 14 days before the trip start date: No refund.

Important Notes:

• Refund percentages are calculated on the total amount paid excluding the non-refundable advance.

• Non-refundable components such as permit fees and processing charges will be deducted before calculating the refund.

• Refunds are processed before applying GST.

3. Date Changes & Modifications

We offer flexibility to modify your travel dates, subject to availability.

• Request Period: Date change requests must be made at least 15 days before the trip start date.

• Additional Charges: Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and revised pricing.

• One-Time Change: Only one date change is allowed per booking.

4. Important Notes

• GST: A 5% GST will be applicable on the total fee.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Itinerary changes due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or political unrest may occur without prior notice for safety reasons.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend having travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or delays.

• ID Proof: Travelers must carry valid ID proof for permits and hotel check-ins.

5. Additional Charges (If Applicable)

• Early Departures: Charges for early departures or late check-outs.

• Accommodation Changes: Any changes to accommodation types will result in additional charges, borne by the traveler.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• DBD Tourism is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tour caused by natural calamities, accidents, or personal negligence.

• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours without prior notice due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
